The Awards Luncheon was a fun, entertaining event as the Xi State Chorus and the Xi State Line Dancers performed. Clayborne Gayden brought an update on the Governor's Books from Birth Foundation. The 2008 Scholarship winners and Vision Foundation Award recipients were also announced. Vision Foundation Chair Doris Ann Hendrix introduced individual and chapter Visionaries. Over $8,200 was contributed during the convention toward the Vision Fund. Chapter Excellence Awards recognized the hard work of almost 40 chapters across the state.
