Xi State (Tennessee) has a strong foundation of leaders spanning several decades. Ten past Xi State presidents and 15 past Achievement Award winners attended the 2008 convention. These women, along with the current Xi State officers, inspire, mentor, encourage, and challenge other "key women educators" across the state.
