Southeast Regional in Little Rock, Arkansas 2009 (52 images)
Over 100 Xi State members traveled to Little Rock, Arkansas, July 2009, to attend the Southeast Regional Convention. Members delighted in seeing old friends from across the Southeast and enjoyed the warm, Southern hospitality of the Arkansas hostesses. Southeast Regional Director, Cathy Daugherty, outdid herself in the planning and implementing of this conference!
The Tennessee Breakfast, acknowledged throughout the Society as one of the most entertaining and enjoyable breakfasts, drew members from a plethora of states, including a visit from International President Dr. Carolyn Rants. Tennessee's own Dr. Jensi Souders, who is the current International First Vice President, joined in the festivities as did Corlea Plowman, Executive Secretary of the Society. All of the hard work and planning done by Edna Clemons, outgoing Xi State Corresponding Secretary, and her Beta Zeta members was evident as the breakfast was one of the highlights of the Convention.
The same evening incoming Xi State President Dee Dee Rives hosted a reception for TN members and their friends.
